One of the greatest things about living in Cumberland MD is a the series of seasons that we receive. I love photographing families in all of them! We have snow, screaming green spring, summer, and a soft greens that fade into colors in the Fall. Jade and her family chose Fall for their family session, and let me tell you how much fun we had. When arrived Jade proclaimed “welcome to the shit show”…. I know, I know. Everyone thinks their family is a shit show and you know, only the best ones are. I always say the more the merrier… more kids, more chaos, more running, more screaming, more photo ops.
The Brownings live in the coolest house, and I’m convincing Jade to let me capture the family inside as well as these outside shots. They have a cute creek and the sun sets over the hill in their back yard. It’s a kids’ oasis out there, and my kiddos didn’t quite want to leave the salamander scavenger hunt that Eli and Jonah (two of Jade’s kiddos) started with my boys.
