Let me first say that Emily and Mike were the sweetest to get to know on the phone when they were planning their Deep Creek Lake Wedding at the Wisp. As far as photography goes, they planned an absolutely gorgeous Autumn wedding that I was more than thrilled to capture. Emily’s whimsical dress and Mike’s dapper gray suit… YES, PLEASE! Throw in Otis the ringer bearer and we had a party. Emily had hoped and hoped for a sunny day but instead was sent the lucky rainy day for her wedding. She took it in stride and was simply excited to marry the man of her dreams.
Emily and her ladies prepped for this big day at the Wisp Hotel while the gents got ready at a nearby vacation rental.
Deep Creek State Park was blanketed in a mystical fog. Friends, this lake cannot disappoint – rain, sleet, snow, fog, sun… it’s all a magical place to get married! Emily and Mike were given TWO seasons on their absolutely perfect wedding day. Check it out!
Are you kidding me, you two?! Such an absolutely gorgeous wedding day and wedding portraits! Perfection!
I adore you two!!!! One of your biggest fans here!
Love is… holding her dress in the mud. 🙂 Thanks for being so adventurous.
Epic high five!
ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL Emily wanted alllllll day was some sunshine! She was overly rewarded with this fiery sunset! Minimal photoshop here, folks! Ask and ye shall receive in Garrett County. I’m just sayin’ that we never disappoint with our scenery, hospitality, and sunsets.
FAVORITE!!!! So much that it’s on my business cards. 🙂
