Adrienne emailed me looking for a wedding photographer for her Ceresville Mansion wedding. We met up at Starbucks and hit it off. We joked, drank fancy coffee, and were both excited for their engagement session that was scheduled a few weeks later. They are a quirky, fun couple who got my nerd jokes. Needless to say, we used the engagement session to break the ice and on the big day, they knew what to expect from me – no fuss, all fun, and sarcastic nerdy jokes.

A few months later, their wedding was quite the party at Ceresville Mansion in Frederick, MD. I love shooting at Ceresville Mansion because of the beautiful outdoor setting for ceremonies. The sunset over the horizon illuminates the field, creating the optimal environment for wedding pictures. Talk to your photographer about the BEST time to schedule your wedding based on light. Yes! Do it.

Back to Adrienne and Jeff… I photographed their adorable flower girls, a beautiful sunset, and their own fireworks show. These two laid-back newlyweds were a blast to work with. I cannot wait for family photos with the fur-baby, who was sick for the wedding.
