Autumn in the Appalachian Mountains means vibrant color and cool crisp air. Josh and Elisa took advantage of the scenic backdrop courtesy of mother nature for their DC engagement photography session. After Josh proposed at the beach, Elisha got to planning right away and knew exactly where she wanted her wedding. The engagement session took place at Elisha’s Aunt’s home, only a few hours from Washington, D.C. and they were married here in August!!! Blog post coming SOON, so check back!
These two… I love them so much. Josh is my brother, and Elisha is now my sister. They are just the kind of people you want to have all the time in your life – vibrant, happy, and caring. They work at Tin202 in Morgantown, where my brother is lead chef! What?! It’s absolutely delicious. If you are ever near Morgantown, you MUST GO!
My brother is a rock star, and I’m completely certain he couldn’t do it without Elisha. Elisha came into his life at a time when he needed her most. If you’ve read my post on self-esteem, you understand just a tad of the struggles we had to work through as kids. It impacted us all in very different ways. Elisha came in like a fairy godmother and brightened Josh’s world. He is such an amazing man with her by his side, and I know that she feels that she’s amazing because she has Josh supporting her. It’s a completely beautiful relationship, and I’m so lucky to have been able to capture their love. Seriously, you won’t want to miss their wedding blog post. 🙂
So, here’s just a little bit of their love story in photographs:
