Amanda and Tony were married on the perfect day, and I got to be their Springfield Manor Wedding Photographer. It was hot, but the sky was gorgeous and the sun lit the mountains that served as the backdrop for their big day. Springfield Manor is an absolutely gorgeous venue outside of Frederick, MD in Thurmont with lavender fields, an old stone house, and a vineyard. This outdoor venue is one of my absolute favorites for the mountain sunset and outdoor options for wedding couples. It was an absolute dream to share in Tony and Amanda’s big day!

Amanda is such a breath-taking bride. She’s just picture perfect! Below is a capture by Shandi who second shot with me that day. 🙂

Amanda’s bridesmaid Rebecca arranged ALLLL the flowers. Aren’t gorge?!!? High fives, Rebecca! Check out her facebook page!

There’s always another story going on where the guys are getting ready. It typically involves a lot less primp and prep and more alcohol. 😉

They said Tony hated photos. Well, the camera loves him. 🙂

And then it was time…

They also said he didn’t smile. Seeing Amanda walk down the aisle… well, how could he not?

Such a fabulous group!

Another gorgeous shot by Shandi!

Ohhhhhh, you two! You definitely need a canvas of this!

Back inside for cake and dances!

It was an absolute pleasure to shoot this wedding and to work with the staff of both Springfield Manor and Shewsical Entertainment!

I love all of these! But my two favorites are the black and white of the bride where you can see her dress in the mirror and the black and white where the bride is leaning against her hubs and her hair is blowing. It’s those quiet moments that always have such an impact!
